New Book: Obra Luís Archer S.J.

The first volume of the Obra Selecta do Padre Luís Archer, S.J. dedicated to História e Filosofia das Ciências (ed. Francisco Malta Romeiras and Henrique Leitão) was presented at the conference «Da Genética à Bioética: A vida e obra do P. Luís Archer, S.J.» at the Fundação Calouste Gulbenkian in Lisbon. After an initial statement by Manuel Carmelo Rosa, responsible for Gulbenkian editions, the life and work of Luís Archer were presented in an informal talk between Henrique Leitão and Father José Fazão Correia, S.J., provincial of the Society of Jesus in Portugal.
